INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE READ!
Please be aware, there may be additional custom import charges in the country where the product(s) will be shipped to that Studio of Modé will not have control of and is not liable for. Please check with your UPS store about what those charges may be. 

Shipping
Please allow 1-5 days to process order.
Items are shipped out within 3-5 days after your order has been placed. All items are shipped via UPS.

At the point of shipment, length of time to get to customer:
Europe/Asia: 4-10 Business days
US/Canada: 1-4 Business days

We have no liability to products getting lost in the mail. Please use the tracking number you have been given, to find out what happened to the package.

Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

If you don't have a PayPal account please us here. Depending on where you live we may still be able process the transaction.

Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the delicately of product money will not be refundable once it has been shipped. You can get full refund if you cancel before it has been shipped.
